Nursery Assistants required in the READING and WOKINGHAM - flexible working and great rates of pay!
- Above average salary
- Weekly pay starting from £14.25 per hour (21 and over) and £15 for qualified staff
- Local shifts in good and outstanding settings
- Full autonomy of your working week
- Specialist dedicated consultant on hand 24/7
- Support into a perm role if opportunity transpires
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Encourage children to develop their social, emotional, and intellectual skills
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
Requirements or Skills:
- Ideally hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- At least 1 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 years old
- A passion for early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
