Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool Bishops Stortford St Michaels Mead are proud to hold an Ofsted rating of Good with a long-standing team. Our beautiful purpose-built nursery is located in the heart of the town, offering spacious rooms and large individual gardens. We provide free onsite parking, free breakfast, and lunch daily. We also offer flexible working arrangements to suit your needs, including full-time, part-time, or even a 4-day working week.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development


• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment


• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families


• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments

Required Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare


• Experience working with children under 5


• Empathy and understanding that each child is unique


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse
