- Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
- Planning and implementing a rich mix of creative play, focused learning, and group-led activities in line with EYFS
- Making full use of the nursery's well-resourced environment to provide varied, engaging experiences every day
- Supporting children's development and school readiness in line with the nursery's strong preparation outcomes
- Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
- Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's Good Ofsted standards
They are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their warm team and play a hands-on role in delivering the high standard of early years practice this nursery is known for. What Our Client Is Looking For - Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A solid understanding of EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development
- Warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic about delivering creative, varied early years experiences
- Committed to supporting children's school readiness and wider development
