Full Job Description

Delivering high-quality, age-appropriate care and early years education for children from three months to five years
Working across the nursery's rooms, making full use of the excellent resources and carefully curated outdoor space
Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with EYFS that support children's educational, developmental, and social growth
Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
Building warm, consistent relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Upholding the nursery's high standards of practice and contributing positively to the team

They are now looking for a Level 3-qualified Nursery Practitioner who shares their commitment to exceptional early years care. You'll be confident, strong on EYFS, and the kind of practitioner who takes ownership of their room, builds meaningful relationships with children and families, and consistently brings energy, warmth, and professionalism to everything they do., Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Confident working across age groups from babies through to pre-school
Warm, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development
