Full Job Description

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences across age-specific rooms.
Support children's development through play, exploration and positive interactions.
Maintain excellent safeguarding, hygiene and health & safety standards.
Build warm, professional relationships with families and colleagues.
Contribute to planning, observations and assessments in line with EYFS requirements.
Work closely with the team to create an engaging, child-centred environment.

If you love helping children discover the world around them, this Nursery Practitioner role offers the perfect opportunity to do just that. Working within a small, Ofsted Outstanding nursery, you'll support children as they explore age-specific rooms, natural resources and a vibrant outdoor play area., Level 3 Early Years qualification (required).
Experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding standards.
Kind, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
Good communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
