Nursery Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner working with children aged 2-4. This is a full-time, all-year-round role, working 42.5 hours per week between 07:30am and 6:00pm. You will support the delivery of structured play and learning in a safe, engaging environment, helping children develop through a range of activities. The role also includes supporting Extended Day Care when required.,

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
• Encourage learning through play and engaging activities
• Support children with meals, snacks, and personal hygiene
• Observe and record children s development
• Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
• Ensure equipment is safe, clean, and age-appropriate
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Attend meetings, training, and support Extended Day Care
  
  NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years
• Experience in an early years setting
• Good level of English and numeracy
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive, reliable, and proactive approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
