Full Job Description
- Delivering high-quality, play-based care and early years education within your designated room
- Supporting and facilitating both adult-led activities and child-initiated play in line with EYFS
- Creating a happy, safe, and stimulating environment where every child feels secure and inspired
- Observing and documenting children's learning and development, sharing progress with families
- Building warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contributing positively to the team and the wider nursery community
They are now looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their warm team and play a meaningful role in every child's early years journey. What Our Client Is Looking For - Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A solid understanding of EYFS and child-led learning approaches
- Warm, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development
