Full Job Description

  • Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
  • Plan and deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
  • Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
  • Support consistent, high-quality practice and Ofsted standards

    Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Confidence delivering the EYFS, including supporting children with SEND
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years

    £14.10 per hour with annual pay & benefits review
