Full Job Description
Main duties include caring for the children, ensuring high standards of care and education are provided. You must have a passion for outstanding practice.
To provide outstanding care and education to all children within the nursery. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with parents, children and your colleagues. You must have a level 3 qualification in early years and you need to have a first aid certificate. We can arrange for you to attend a first aid course if you do not have this., You must have a level 3 qualification in Early years. You will need a paediatric first aid certificate. We can arrange this if you do not have., You must be kind, caring and compassionate. You must be able to adhere to confidentiality rules. You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team. You must have a passion for outstanding practice.
You will receive support for any further training you wish to undertake. You will be part of an outstanding team of staff with supportive and present management teams. You will have uniform paid for. Staff socials and Christmas parties. Free on site parking and enrolment into a pension scheme.
