Full Job Description

The successful candidate will work full-time (40 hours per week) within one of the nursery's age-specific rooms, each thoughtfully tailored to meet the developmental needs of the children. With a large, well-equipped outdoor area and a team that values creativity, compassion, and connection, this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young children.,

Provide high-quality care and learning experiences tailored to individual children
Support children's physical, emotional, and social development through play and structured activities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Foster a warm, secure, and inclusive environment for all children and families
Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, including safeguarding and hygiene procedures

A full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3)
A genuine passion for early childhood development
Knowledge of the EYFS and a commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and a proactive approach to children's wellbeing

Full-time | 40 hours per week | Up to £12.21 per hour (dependent on qualifications and age)
