Full Job Description
We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic and caring Play Buddy to join our friendly team at Rainbow Nursery in Totnes.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Early Years, return to childcare, or use skills and experience gained through parenting.
You will spend your day playing, exploring and learning alongside children aged 6 months to 4 years, supporting their development through creative and open-ended play. You'll work closely with experienced Early Years colleagues and receive support and mentoring as you learn.
The role also includes helping with children's everyday care, mealtimes, outdoor play and maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
Early Years qualifications are desirable but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm, warmth, willingness to learn and genuine enjoyment of being around young children.
