Role Overview: Busy Bees Bristol Barrs Court - Nursery Manager - up to £43,500 plus 25% annual bonus

Exciting rewards await your passion for nurturing young minds!, Required Qualifications: About you We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

Qualifications and Experience NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.

Busy Bees Day Nursery at Bristol Barrs Court, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 116 children. Located at Stoneleigh Drive, Barrs Court, Oldland, South West BS30 7EJ, our nursery is ideally situated in South Gloucestershire, near Bristol, making it convenient for commuting in the surrounding regions.
