Nursery Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled Nursery Manager to lead our Spalding team. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and central admin team, who provide day-to-day support so you can focus on your setting and your staff. As Nursery Manager, you'll provide professional leadership to a small team, manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, and ensure the highest standards of care, education and compliance - in a setting small enough that you'll know every family personally.,

• Achieve and maintain high standards of care and education
• Lead and manage the staff team, including recruitment, retention, training and day-to-day support
• Ensure all policies, procedures and curricula are implemented and adhered to
• Manage budgets and occupancy levels
• Build strong relationships with parents through an effective parent liaison programme
  
  A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification, held for at least 3 years
• Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role, ready to take the next step
• Minimum of 4 years of occupational experience in a nursery setting
• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong organisational and delegation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional childcare

  You will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, all year round, and your rate of pay will be from £36,000, depending on experience., Competitive salary
