Marylebone Services is proud to recruit on behalf of a beautiful, boutique nursery in Golders Green (NW11) who are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead their exceptional team. The nursery takes great pride in creating a cosy, secure, and home-away-from-home environment where the youngest children can thrive safely under the watchful eyes of an experienced team. Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being are prioritized.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of early years practitioners, fostering a supportive and loving work environment.
- Maintain excellent relationships with parents, ensuring open communication regarding their child's growth and milestone developments.
- Ensure full compliance with all Ofsted regulations, health and safety standards, and safeguarding legislation.
- Manage administrative tasks, occupancy levels, and general day-to-day nursery logistics from an office-based position.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria: - Qualifications: Minimum Full and Relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or higher).
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Nursery Manager in a registered early years setting in the UK.
- Right to Work: You must hold the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role).
Competitive starting salary from £40,000, heavily dependent on your experience. - Yearly performance-related bonus.
