Located in central Newcastle, it offers excellent transport links via bus and metro, plus complimentary onsite parking. Key Responsibilities

• Lead & inspire the team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
• Drive continuous improvement across EYFS delivery and operational processes.
• Maintain a safe, secure, fully compliant environment.
• Oversee budgets, staffing and resources effectively.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and the wider community.
• Support staff training, coaching and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience
• NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 (or above).
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
