Full Job Description
A brand-new nursery in Godalming, Surrey is preparing to open its doors and is seeking an inspiring leader to build, develop, and guide both the setting and its team. This is a unique opportunity to create a nurturing environment that delivers flexible, bespoke childcare tailored to the needs of local children and families., You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting and developing your team while ensuring every child enjoys a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment. You'll lead on quality, compliance, policies and procedures, and help establish a warm, welcoming culture where children and families feel truly valued.
? Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification
? Proven leadership and nursery management experience
? Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
? A thorough understanding of Early Years compliance
? Current safeguarding knowledge and training
? The ability to build lasting relationships with children, families, and your team, If you're passionate about creating exceptional early years experiences and want the chance to make a lasting impact in a brand-new setting, this could be the perfect next step.
?? £38,000-£45,000 per annum
?? Up to 25% annual performance bonus
