Full Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Nursery Manager to lead a small, family-run nursery with a truly nurturing and supportive environment.,
- Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Ensuring high standards of care and education in line with EYFS
- Supporting and developing a motivated and engaged team
- Creating a positive, nurturing environment for children and staff
- Building strong relationships with families and the wider community
- Maintaining safeguarding, compliance, and operational standards
- Driving continuous improvement and quality across the setting
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential - Experience as a Nursery Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A nurturing, child-centred approach
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
