Nursery Manager

Banana Moon Day Nursery in Hounslow is excited to announce the opening their brand new nursery. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead this fresh and vibrant setting. As Nursery Manager, you will play a central role in establishing the nursery's ethos, building a strong team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations, embedding the Banana Moon play-based curriculum, fostering positive relationships with families and the community, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a nursery from the ground up, working closely with a supportive franchise team and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive and staff feel valued.

• Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education as recognized by the Department of Education.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure within the child workforce sector.
• Valid Paediatric 12-hour First Aid certification.
• Relevant safeguarding training and qualifications.
• Minimum of two years management experience in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and statutory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a nursery setting to achieve excellent inspection outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating a stimulating, safe, and supportive environment for children and staff.
  
  Salary £43,000 to 50,000 per annum, depending on experience
