We are looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to join our incredible, well-established, bilingual Montessori setting with 60 children catering for 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursery team of early years educators
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery and ensure the highest standards of care and education
- Support staff development and promote a positive, collaborative team culture
- Implement Montessori methods in daily practice across the setting
- Ensure OFSTED compliance and maintain strong communication with parents and families
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or higher (Montessori experience is a plus)
- Proven leadership and management experience within a nursery environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
