Our beautiful purpose built setting in Marston Moretaine are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join the team and oversee the day to day running of our very busy nursery. Working a 38 hr week, with great benefits including onsite parking, we are offering a salary c£46k., Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development

Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development

Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always

Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met

As the Nursery Manager you will :

Have at least 4 years of working within full day-care Nursery settings.

Have managed a nursery setting and ideally have taken a nursery setting through an Ofsted Inspection., Qualified level 3 or above and at least 6 years' experience of working in a Nursery
