Full Job Description

Required for 1st September 2026, We are seeking an experienced Level 3 practitioner to work closely alongside our Nursery Lead and Early Years teachers to support the children at the centre of our community. You will:

  • Support in creating and developing nursery provision including environment, routines, curriculum and practice
  • Ensure the highest standards of care, learning and safeguarding
  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Work collaboratively with the Nursery Lead, Headteacher and the wider school teams to ensure a seamless EYFS journey and strong transition into Reception
  • Maintain a warm, nurturing, and inclusive environment that reflects our Christian vision and values
  • Observe, assess and record children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
