Introduction
As our Nursery Apprentice, you’ll support the daily care, learning, and development of children. You’ll work alongside experienced practitioners, helping to create a safe, engaging environment where toddlers can explore, discover, and thrive.

What You'll Do
- Supporting learning through play, creativity, and exploration
- Building caring relationships with children and families
- Assisting with meals, naps, routines, and personal care
- Helping plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities
- Learning early years practice as part of your apprenticeship
- Contributing to a safe, stimulating environment
Training Outcome
- Apprentice → Deputy Room Leader → Room Leader → Relief Deputy Manager → Deputy Manager → Nursery Manager
