Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Breast Oncology to lead endocrine therapy support and survivorship pathways within the Oncology & Palliative Care team. The post is a part-time fixed-term (23 months) 22.5 hours per week, based at Charing Cross Hospital, London.
The role requires autonomous practice and strong collaboration with clinicians and primary care. The successful candidate will develop new endocrine therapy support services, refine care pathways
