Oaklands House in Longsight, Manchester, is a well-established 38-bed nursing care home providing care for adults across a range of needs. We seek a proactive nurse leader to guide the nursing team and collaborate with the Pharmacist to uphold high medicine management standards.
As a key postholder, you will mentor staff, participate in inductions, and ensure documentation and care practices meet exacting standards while contributing to ongoing service development in a supportive, MDT
