Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurse. Working 33 hours per week over 3 days. Working a rotation of Nights & Days ( 3 months nights, 3 months days etc.) Silvercrest is a small family of nursing care homes across South Wales.   • Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans for each resident, considering their unique medical, social, and emotional needs.
  • Establishing strong rapport with residents, offering emotional support, and addressing their concerns with empathy and respect
  • Regularly assessing and documenting the health status of residents, identifying any changes or health issues, and promptly reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintaining open communication with residents' families to provide updates on their loved ones' health and well-being
