As our Inclusion Producer, you'll lead the local delivery of Assemble, an exciting national partnership programme with the National Youth Theatre (NYT), working with colleges, community organisations, freelance creatives and support workers to champion inclusion, creativity and future career pathways.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced project coordinator with a passion for equality, arts engagement and supporting young people. You'll manage creative programmes, build strong community partnerships, oversee budgets and evaluation, and ensure inclusive, high-quality experiences for participants.
