NQ Solicitor, Personal Injury

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented newly qualified Solicitor to join our Serious Injury team here at Lime Solicitors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing firm within the serious injury market where you'll gain exposure to high-quality, complex work. With a strong emphasis on development, collaboration, and progression, this role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in serious injury litigation while working alongside experienced professionals. Please note: This role is based out of our London office, but will require travel to Oxford once per week.,

• Managing a caseload of serious injury matters from inception through to resolution with the support of the wider team.
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third-party representatives.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements.
• Preparing case files and documentation for hearings
• Gaining exposure to barristers.
• Managing a varied caseload in line with litigation processes.
  
  Previous experience of working in a serious injury team work on all aspects of claims.
• Strong interest in personal injury or litigation work.
• Strong client management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
