This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or experienced CILEX Lawyer with a strong background in Private Client work who is looking to take on a broader role, including team supervision, client relationship management, and business development.
The OpportunityYou'll join a well-established department with a strong flow of existing work and a loyal client base, handling a varied caseload of Private Client matters while supporting and developing junior members of the team.

Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a varied caseload of Private Client matters from instruction through to completionAdvising clients on:WillsLasting Powers of AttorneyProbate and Estate AdministrationCourt of Protection mattersTestamentary TrustsDrafting legal documentation and applicationsSupervising and supporting junior members of the teamMaintaining high standards of client care and technical excellenceDeveloping and maintaining client relationshipsContributing to the ongoing growth of the department and office

To be considered, you will ideally have:Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive statusStrong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and LPAsExperience dealing with Estate Administration mattersKnowledge of the Mental Capacity ActPrevious supervisory or mentoring experience would be advantageousSTEP qualification or working towards STEP would be beneficialExcellent communication and client care skillsStrong organisational and case management abilitiesA proactive and ambitious approach to your career

Job DescriptionNQ Private Client SolicitorLocation: Greater Manchester (North)Salary: Competitive & Negotiable DOEHours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, Due to client visits and occasional travel between offices, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
