Lead and support the team by assigning tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and motivating the team to deliver excellent service.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue as needed.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries and concerns.

In this role, you'll be responsible for safeguarding swimmers, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable time in the water and leading assigned shifts with clear direction and plenty of motivation . If you have sharp observation skills, the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies, and a friendly, approachable attitude, this role is perfect for you., Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and National Pool Management Qualification (NPMQ).
- Swimming Pool Technical Operator Qualification (SPTO)

- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Training Assessor (NPLQ TA)
- Experience as a Senior Lifeguard, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a leisure, sports or activities setting is preferred.
- Ability to maintain focus and act quickly in emergency situations.
- Committed to providing high-quality, customer-focused service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
