As the Manager, you will take the lead on all operations for our newest Pret units, serving as the essential leader for the entire restaurant team. You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of baristas.
• Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
• Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment.
  
  Proven experience as an experienced Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a high-volume catering environment.
• A passion for great coffee, food and outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
