Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Non-Teaching Head of Year to join our strong pastoral team at Kinver High School.
Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential? Do you thrive in a pastoral role where no two days are the same?
This is a key position within the school, focused on leading and delivering high-quality pastoral support to a designated year group. You will play a vital role in promoting a culture of high expectations, positive behaviour, and strong student engagement. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025, and as part of our recruitment process, the Trust will carry out an online search on all shortlisted candidates.
