Working across both schools, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting school improvement, developing teaching and learning, and ensuring the highest standards of wellbeing and inclusion., The successful candidate will:

• Support the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and management of both schools.
• Lead and promote high-quality teaching and learning across both settings.
• Act as the school's Additional Learning Needs Co-ordinator (ALNCo), ensuring effective identification, provision and support for pupils with additional learning needs.
• Work closely with staff, families and external agencies to secure positive outcomes for all learners.
• Lead on inclusion, wellbeing and equity across both schools.
• Contribute to self-evaluation, school improvement planning and professional learning.
• Support safeguarding and promote a culture where every child feels safe, valued and successful.
About the Role This is a non-teaching Deputy Headteacher position, allowing the successful candidate dedicated time to lead, support staff and drive strategic improvement across both schools.
