Non-Medical Flexible Workforce Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Non-Medical Flexible Workforce Manager to lead and develop our flexible workforce team, that provide temporary staffing, e-Rostering and job planning services. If you are passionate about workforce transformation and want to make a real difference to how services are planned and delivered, we would love to hear from you., As the Non-Medical Flexible Workforce Manager, you will lead the operational management and development of our electronic rostering systems, temporary staffing services and workforce projects for our non-medical workforce. You will act as the Trust's subject matter expert for workforce systems, overseeing system performance, service improvement initiatives, training programmes and stakeholder engagement across clinical and non-clinical services.

• Significant experience in workforce management, e-Rostering, temporary staffing or workforce systems.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Experience analysing complex workforce data and translating findings into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
