Non-Exec Director Digital, Data, Cyber & Technology Transformation

Can you help shape how digital technology improves care for 850,000 people? Join our Board as a Non-Executive Director and bring your expertise in digital, data or technology to the decisions that matter for patients and staff.

You will provide independent oversight and constructive challenge on our digital agenda, including electronic patient record readiness, cyber resilience, information governance, data quality and the safe use of automation and artificial intelligence.

This is an opportunity to help ensure that digital investment improves patient safety, care, staff experience and value for money., As a voting member of our unitary Board, you will work with executive and Non-Executive colleagues to set strategic direction, scrutinise performance and risk, and seek assurance on delivery.

You will provide expert support and challenge to ensure that digital programmes are clinically led, user focused, inclusive and aligned with the Trust's strategy. You will help the Board assess electronic patient record plans, cyber and information governance risks, digital investment and the benefits delivered for patients and staff.

You will also contribute to the Board's wider responsibilities for quality, finance, workforce and governance, and work with our Council of Governors and other stakeholders.
