Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Booking Team Leader to manage a team within the Booking + Scheduling department, ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective booking service in accordance with local Trust policies and national RTT guidelines.,

  • To provide front line leadership to staff members within the busy Booking + Scheduling department
  • Ensuring smooth operational performance of a booking team
  • To manage a teams performance and to provide training and development for staff members
  • To be able to analyse and interpret detailed and complex information
  • To have a deep understanding of National and local RTT policies, The well-being of our staff is of the upmost importance to us. If you are offered a role at our Trust, and fall into the increased and higher risk categories as set out by Public Health England (PHE) and NHSI/E, your line manager will complete an risk assessment with you. This will be completed in conjunction with the latest guidance from Public Health England in relation to Covid-19.
