Full Job Description
- Work closely with operations and team leaders to build strong working relationships.
- Carry out audits on machine defects to find root causes and support fixes.
- Keep regular contact with US Node facilities through daily and weekly meetings.
- Use defect data to identify and follow up on Interim and Permanent Corrective Actions (ICA/PCA).
- Complete tasks on time and in line with company processes.
- Be flexible and willing to work across shifts when needed., Quality Knowledge Operations: Work closely with operations and team leaders to build strong working relationships.
- Process Improvement & Problem Solving: Uses Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools to improve how things are done. Identifies root causes and supports corrective actions to reduce defects.
- Communication & Collaboration: Shares information clearly with different teams. Leads meetings when needed and presents updates confidently. What You May Have:
- Skilled at a quality gate or with machine builds across lines.
- Familiar with tools like EPIX, Team Centre, PRWB, or SWES. Pending the number of applications, the criteria for the position may be enhanced to facilitate shortlisting.
