As a Nobu Bartender at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you'll be at the heart of our bar experience - blending creativity, care and craftsmanship to deliver exceptional service. From signature cocktails to seasonal creations, you'll ensure every drink is perfectly prepared and every guest feels welcomed, relaxed and inspired. You will

• Create an exceptional service experience for every guest
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Nobu standards
• Contribute to the development of seasonal and promotional cocktails
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the bar menu including beer, wine, sake and cocktails
• Ensure accurate use of MICROS and follow company cash handling procedures
• Set up and close down the bar with precision, ensuring cleanliness and readiness
• Provide attentive, genuine and friendly service that reflects Nobu values
• Tailor service for VIP guests and regular visitors
• Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised, crafted experiences
• Strive for excellent guest reviews and satisfaction
• Feel empowered to make decisions that enhance the guest experience
• Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for service improvement
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory standards
• Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations
• Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
• Perform any other duties as required
  
  You bring experience in a high-end bar or hospitality setting, with a passion for mixology and guest service. You're creative, confident and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters.
