Full Job Description

The NMGH New Hospital Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of a range of projects relating to the TOM, business change, digital, clinical or technical design and construction. The role will provide general project management support across a range of workstreams and working groups. The role shall be responsible for: providing dedicated interface management between the project and clinical/non-clinical teams in the development; planning and co-ordination of inputs to the delivery of the New Hospital Project; providing support to and leading communication and engagement activities; leading clinical/non-clinical teams with the development and delivery of their service transformation plans for the new hospital proposals; leading business change management activities; leading design review processes; leading and supporting the delivery of technical and business change projects; leading and supporting hospital operationalisation processes; and providing a
link between clinical services and the technical design. It is expected that the role shall be allocated a set of clinical and/or non-clinical services in which to manage and support throughout the delivery process.
