Whether you're handling parcels, coordinating routes, or managing depot operations, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and efficiency. This is your chance to be part of something big, where every day is fast-paced, impactful, and full of possibilities., InPost is seeking skilled and motivated Night's Warehouse Operatives to become an integral part of our dynamic Inbound Parcel Sorting Team at our Ipswich depot. In this role, you'll be working alongside InPost and its valued customers to support our efficient parcel operations.,
- Working within the inbound warehouse operation to ensure parcels are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Sorting incoming parcels manually and using warehouse machinery, ensuring items are directed to the correct area for onward processing.
- Checking parcel labels and relabelling items where required to ensure accurate processing and delivery.
- Loading and unloading inbound deliveries safely and efficiently, handling parcels with care at all times.
- Carrying out general warehouse duties to support the smooth running of the operation and maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures, operational processes and company guidelines.
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets, maintain high levels of accuracy and support colleagues across the warehouse.
- Reporting any damaged, incorrectly labelled or incorrectly sorted parcels to the relevant team member.
A valid 'Right to Work' in the UK - Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working environment
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on different tasks as business needs change
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- A reliable and hardworking attitude, with good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to carry out physical duties, including lifting, moving, loading, and unloading parcels safely
