Nights Cleaning Duty Manager

We're looking for a Nights Cleaning Duty Manager to join our Transport Division in Kent, overseeing 3 rail depots in Faversham, Gillingham and Tonbridge. In this role, you'll lead a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives helping maintain high cleaning standards across 3 rail sites and ensuring operations run smoothly. As a Nights Cleaning Duty Manager you will:

• Support and guide Supervisors and cleaning teams to meet high-quality service and safety standards.
• Ensure team members are trained in health and safety (including HSEQ and machinery use), and that training records are up to date.
• Carry out daily quality audits and report findings to the Account Manager.
• Help to recruit and onboard new team members when vacancies arise.
• Lead regular staff briefings and monthly safety discussions (toolbox talks)., Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion - Our Mosaic Committee and Mental Health First Aiders are leading the way

• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in cleaning, FM, or a similar operational setting.
• Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, and (ideally) an IOSH certificate.
• A calm, organised approach with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Ability to meet vetting requirements, including a 5-year work history check
