Night Team Supervisor

Please note: This role will require working across multiple sites and will require a full UK driving licence (or valid equivalent) and use of your own car.Working hours: 35 hours per week, (8 week rolling rota)Interview Date: To be confirmedAdditional Salary information: 10% night works allowance Job Summary:The Salvation Army on the Isle of Wight provides accommodation for 63 single men and women across various centres. The role of Night Team Supervisor is fundamental to the Salvation Army's mission to support vulnerable people and is responsible for the overnight delivery of a high quality and consistent, client focussed support service within the framework of the Homelessness Services Strategic Mission Plan, through the supervision of night staff teams across multiple Isle of Wight sites. Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Night Team Supervisor, a role which is inspirational and key to achieving successful outcomes for our vulnerable clients. The
successful applicant will be responsible for supervision and support of night staff / concierge in line with The Salvation Army policies, including overseeing and reporting on performance against organisational and contractual KPIs across multiple sites, travelling between each site regularly. You will take the lead on managing incidents at night and implementing continuous improvement of practice resulting from lessons learned. The Night Team Supervisor will ensure Health and Safety of clients and staff ensuring checks and reports are completed to the highest standard and in line with legislative requirements. The role will function as part of the management/duty management on call rota as and when required to be available to support employees by phone or in person on a working night/day.The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:A passion for transforming the lives of those experiencing homelessness, with previous strong, experience of successfully delivering a support
