Full Job Description
Our staff, support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviors which may present as challenging.
Our clients require care 24/7 therefore weekend work is required but a shared responsibility to give you some free weekend time, this ensures our clients always receive the support that they need. Shift patterns are 12 hours on a 24 hour per week contract.
If you are resident in the UK, eligible to work without restriction and do not need sponsorship, we would love to hear from you., We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not. Applicants with NVQ 2 and experience welcomed, however, if you are looking to make a positive impact on the people's lives that live with us but have no experience within the care industry, we still want to hear from you to give you the opportunity to join us as full training is provided. We will offer NVQ upon passing of probation.
