Night Support Worker

What You'll Do:
• Supporting children and young people during overnight routines - settling, repositioning, hygiene, and early morning transitions
• Delivering safe, person-centred care with dignity and respect
• Using specialist equipment like hoists, beds and mobility aids (full training provided)
• Helping with medication, feeding (including gastrostomy), and personal care
• Monitoring wellbeing throughout the night and recording notes
• Being a reliable, compassionate part of a committed team
  
  A caring, compassionate approach with the ability to stay calm and focused overnight
• Respect for individuality and a positive approach to disability and diversity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence in working with children and young people - or a willingness to learn
• Willingness to undertake training, including Health & Social Care Level 3
• Availability to work a rota including weekends and public holidays, Previous experience in care or supporting people with disabilities is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
