Night Support Worker

We are currently looking for compassionate, patient, and resilient Night Support Worker to join our team for our new service in Farnborough. Your role will involve promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and providing practical and emotional support tailored to each persons needs using the Trauma informed model. We are looking for someone with experience in supporting people who have had traumas in their life, suffer with mental health conditions using positive behaviour support and encouragement in their day to day lives, however we have a full training package for any new staff so if you are looking to give something back to people that need support this role could be for you., o Experience in a similar role is desirable - further training will be given

o Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
