Our experienced Home Manager, Amanda, started as a Care Assistant here in 2008 and now leads a team committed to excellence. As a Night Shift Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Completing necessary training and ongoing professional development Providing personal care, supporting residents' nighttime routines, and assisting with individual needs Offering emotional support and companionship during the night Ensuring residents feel safe, secure, and comfortable throughout the night Maintaining high care standards and a calm environment Supervising and supporting the night staff team, including conducting appraisals, maintaining records, liaising with external professionals, and assisting with recruitment What We Are Looking For: Leadership or supervisory experience in a residential or nursing home setting A warm and caring personality with a passion for supporting others A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to work towards one) Confidence in using technology and maintaining accurate records Resilience and the ability to provide guidance under pressure Flexibility to adapt to the needs of our residents during night shifts Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits

Hourly Rate: £16.03 per hour Shift: 3-4 nights per week, 8pm-8am Contracted Hours: 38.5 hours per week Are you a night owl with a passion for providing outstanding care?
