At Changing Lives, we offer a home rather than just a shelter.About the JobThe Nightshift Support Worker (Waking Nights) will ensure the safety, security, and wellbeing of women and children
residing in the refuge during the night. The role provides a supportive and reassuring presence, responding to emergencies, safeguarding concerns, and practical needs, while maintaining a calm and safe environment. The worker will also carry out essential housing management tasks, record-keeping, and handover to ensure continuity of care and support.
