Night Shift Care Practitioner. The Oaks Care Home

As a Night Shift Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. You will: Provide personalised care, supporting residents with night routines, mobility, and comfort Monitor wellbeing, observing changes and responding professionally Offer reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled Support with light domestic duties to help prepare for the day ahead Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care Take part in ongoing training and development

Caring, patient and compassionate A strong team player Reliable and adaptable to night shift working Willing to learn and develop within the care sector Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.

Pay Rate: £13.28 per hour Shift Hours: 8pm - 8am with alternate weekend working Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week (33 hour contract) or 4 days per week (44 hour contract) Are you someone who thrives at night and finds purpose in caring for others?
