Full Job Description

  • you will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals.
  • you will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks,being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
  • You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel's policies.

  • Be a team player with the ability to work independently
  • Be motivated, positive and eager to learn

  • Ideally have experience in a guest service environment
