Night Porter - Pall Mall, London

As Night Porter you will be the first point of contact for our Royal Automobile Club members, working in our beautiful London clubhouse. You will be at the forefront of member and guests welcome, ensuring a warm, friendly and courteous approach at all times.,

• Be the first point of contact for members arriving late or needing assistance overnight
• Provide early morning refreshments including newspapers, tea, coffee, and pastries
• Respond promptly to member requests and ensure their comfort throughout the night
• Handle late check-ins and answer incoming calls professionally
• Monitor the Turkish bath area
• Arrange taxis and transportation as needed
• Support the Night Manager in handling any emergency situations
  
  Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Strong knowledge of the local area, with the ability to assist members with insightful recommendations
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience working in a similar luxurious hospitality establishment
• A valid driving licence
• A natural problem-solver, calm under pressure and quick to act
• A team player, always ready to support colleagues and enhance the member experience
