Full Job Description
We are now hiring a Night Porter to join our team at the Hammersmith Belle. This role is key to maintaining our high housekeeping standards and ensuring guests arriving or departing during the night receive a warm and professional welcome. You'll be responsible for the smooth running of the hotel overnight, keeping the building secure, clean, and guest-ready for the following day.,
- Greeting guests arriving after pub closing hours and issuing room keys
- Serving beverages to hotel guests when required
- Cleaning public areas and toilets to maintain 5-star cleanliness standards
- Cleaning and maintaining storage areas
- Accepting early-morning deliveries
- Setting tables for breakfast service
To be self-starting and able to work unsupervised - Good communication skills in English
- A high standard of personal appearance
- Reliability and punctuality
